David Zieper graduated magna cum laude from Brandeis University with a degree in History. He was selected into the honor society Phi Beta Kappa in his junior year. David attended Boston College Law School where he graduated cum laude and was selected into the honor society Order of the Coif. Since then, David has practiced law in several states.
He began working his legal carrier as a clerk for the Appellate Court for the State of Connecticut and also clerked for the Chief Judge for the Federal District Court in New Hampshire. He worked as an insurance defense attorney in Connecticut for one of the oldest law firms in the country, Howard, Kohn, Sprague and Fitzgerald. He also worked as a defense attorney in the life, health, disability, and ERISA practice group at Proskaeur Rose.
David is a member and admitted to the Florida Bar and the Connecticut Bar. He is also admitted to the U.S. District Court for the Northern, Southern and Middle Districts of Florida, the U.S. District Court for the State of Connecticut and New Hampshire, and to the 2nd Circuit Court of Appeals.
David has been working at this firm since 2000.
